British Council in UkraineInternational Offices Program: Best Practices
The British Council in Ukraine,with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, organized a program for managers and staff of international departments of Ukrainian universities " International Offices: Best Practices".
The program for international departments of universities is aimed at professional development and enhancing the competencies of employees of international relations departments of Ukrainian universities. The trainers were Gillian Olivier, Head of Global Cooperation, University of Warwick (UK) and Stephanie Sandford, Regional Manager, International Department, University of Coventry (UK).

The role of the international relations department: responsibilities, functions, structure, personnel selection, integration and cooperation with other departments
Development and implementation of an international strategy for the international relations department
University positioning - communication and marketing strategies, branding, organizations and mechanisms for developing relationships
Development of a university website and effective use of social networks

Optimization of support for international students: admission, exchange, integration in the student environment and in the country
