PROJECT SUMMARY The ERASMUS+ AFID project "Providing Academic Freedom and Inclusion through Digitalization", the partner of which is Dnipro University of Technology was selected for financing under the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union for capacity building in the field of higher education . The goal of the AFID project is to strengthen freedom and inclusion in the academic environment for students and teachers. This is achieved by creating and using a multi-institutional virtual campus that will be accessible to different categories of users. To achieve its goal, the project plans to cooperate with experienced partners from Sweden, Portugal and Spain, as well as with Ukrainian partners. They will jointly create a campus, develop inter-university agreements and internal policies of the organization. They will also ensure high quality digital education, introduce inclusive online courses and implement a pilot project of inclusive digital learning in the field of entrepreneurship. PROJECT GOAL To enhance academic freedom and inclusion of students and teachers through establishing and exploiting of multi-institutional inclusive virtual campus (MIIVC), approachable to different kinds of users and focused on wide international optionality of digital educational courses. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
· Conclusion and implementation of interuniversity agreements on inclusive digital education via multi-institutional inclusive virtual campus (MIIVC).
· Development of internal policies on organization, providing and quality assurance of digital education via MIIVC.
· Coaptation of participants’ educational digital systems, elaboration, and implementation of the MIIVC.
· Development of staff and students’ skills to enrich and exploit the MIIVC to provide and conduct an inclusive digital study.
· Providing of inclusive digital study as an optional component of HEIs’ educational programs. Promoting international cooperation between HEIs.
