TRAINING FOR BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVES 

Over a two-months period, a specialized training and practical course for representatives of the ATB-Market retail chain was conducted at Dnipro University of Technology within the framework of the Central Ukrainian European Digital Innovation Hub (CentralUkrainianEDIH).

    

The training constituted an important step toward implementing the project's strategic mission, which is to stimulate digital and green transformation, increase energy efficiency and implement innovative solutions for the development of sustainable industrial regions of central Ukraine.

During the programme, participants acquired essential competencies in the design, analysis and implementation of renewable energy systems for retail infrastructure facilities. Particular focus was placed on the following types of energy solutions:

 - grid-connected solar power plants, 

- autonomous power systems for remote facilities, 

- hybrid solar power plants that combine several sources of generation and energy storage systems. 

Key components of the program included:

- comprehensive theoretical training in solar energy and energy efficiency, 

- practical sessions in the university’s specialized laboratories, 

- modelling of real-world energy scenarios and analysis of business cases. 

    

As a result of the course, ATB-Market specialists gained practical skills to reduce energy costs, increase energy independence of retail facilities and minimize environmental impact, directly supporting the objectives of the green transition.
