KICK-OFF MEETING 

29-31 October 2025, the team of Dnipro University of Technology took part in the Kick-off Meeting of the partners of the international project UPRAISE — Virtual Worlds Innovation Masters: Shaping Future Digital Skills Europe under the Digital Europe Programme, held at Università di Bologna (Italy). The University was represented by Kateryna Priazhnikova, Deputy Director of the Center for International Cooperation, and Vita Kashtan, Associate Professor of the Department of Information Technologies and Computer Engineering. The project envisages the development of modern educational programmes, XR laboratories, digital platforms and modular courses, the introduction of micro-credentials, the involvement of students in practical projects and internships, as well as active cooperation with industry in shaping new approaches to education. 

During the meeting, the partners discussed the strategic vision, objectives and expected outcomes of the project, identified key priorities, risks and coordination mechanisms, and outlined further steps for its effective implementation. Representatives of government, business and the academic community gathered to discuss the prospects of innovation, digital solutions and green energy.
