On February 15, 2023, the presentation of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module “EU Standards for Environmental Rehabilitation of Mining Lands”, implemented by Dnipro University of Technology, took place on the Microsoft Teams platform! The main goal of the project is to integrate the best practices of the European Union in the field of environmental rehabilitation of land affected by mining. 

At the event, the participants learned about the project, its goal, objectives, activities and expected results.

    

    

    

The teachers spoke in detail about the courses that will be taught in the context of the project, shared their work programs, and answered questions from colleagues and students. Anyone interested in Erasmus+ projects and module topics could join. The presentation was attended by the project team, Petro Krainik, Jean Monnet Project Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, Iryna Kozlova, Deputy Director of the Department of Environmental Policy of Dnipro City Council, Mykola Tregub, Vice-Rector for Prospective Development of Dnipro University of Technology, Olena Borysovska, Head of the Department of Ecology and Sustainable Nature Management, representatives of environmental organizations, scientists, teachers, postgraduate students and students of Dnipro University of Technology and other universities.
