PROJECT SUMMARY Since the start of the Russian war against Ukraine we are closely working together with Ukrainian (UA) universities to suppoSince the start of the Russian war against Ukraine we are closely working together with Ukrainian (UA) universities to support them with digital teaching resources. Due to the future EU accession UA university partners are focused on increasing cooperation with EU partners to gain access to EU research networks and project participation. The motivation to prepare for EU membership is high. Moldova (MD) is in a similar position and is also an EU accession candidate. In our previous collaboration the student perspective on what an EU accession might mean for the Higher Education System in the accession countries is underrepresented. Therefore, we want to start an intercultural conversation with UA and MD students to find out what they expect how EU membership will change and improve university studies. The focus will be on needs, wishes and fears of Ukrainian and Moldovian students concerning the EU entry. The main result of project will be an expectation catalog which contains the identified needs of the students. This will be used for action plan developments. In addition to that learning materials will be provided and created as well as online course to enable further education and satisfiy identified needs if possible.
