MENTOR SCHOOL
✅️ On October 17–19, 2024, training for participants of the first cohort of the Mentor School under the Erasmus+ Proment project was held at the Center for Professional Development, Mentoring and Tutoring of Dnipro University of Technology. More than 20 academic staff members of Dnipro University of Technology took part in the three-day training, during which they explored: ➡️ Mentorship as a foundation for professional development ➡️Mentorship: principles, mechanisms, and tools ➡️Mentorship in business and startups ➡️Mentorship in green technologies ➡️Mentorship in local self-government ➡️Digital mentoring ➡️Mentorship for social and professional adaptation of students We express our sincere gratitude to the project speakers: ▶️ Oleksandr Azyukovskyi – Rector of Dnipro University of Technology ▶️Mykola Trehub – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Educational Work and Prospective Development ▶️Olena Yermoshkina – Professor, Department of Economic Analysis and Finance We also thank the participants of the first cohort of the Mentor School for their active engagement in the project and productive discussions. The kick-off meeting of the PROMENT project, co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme, took place at Lviv Polytechnic National University on April 27–28, 2023.
✅️ On October 31 – November 2, 2024, training for participants of the second cohort of the Mentor School was held.
