ACTIVITIES

▪ - WP 1 – IVAP implementation and institutional change. HIVE Steering Committee Meeting: Status of HIVE KPIs for 2023-2024, Network Integration Action Plan.

▪ - WP 2 - Network creation and establishment of sustainable intra- and inter-links. Added parts to the “Handbook of Good Practices for network development and Knowledge Exchange within the Consortium Countries and Institutions” (“Handbook”). Partnership agreements as a result of the HEI initiative - (UAES), USF (Ukraine Startup Fund). All HIVE partner HEIs were invited to provide contacts to 2-3 start-ups and spin-offs from their incubation/ accelerator programs. DniproTech added parts to the Network Integration Action Plan. Establishing new and enhancing the nature, content and type of collaborations with external partners, including businesses, regional authorities, research organizations, governmental bodies, and NGOs.

▪ - WP 3 - Structure and mechanism creation to boost innovation for business, start-ups and bringing research to market. Conducting the HIVE startup school together with partners Bukovinian State Medical University, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Ukrainian Startup Fund, Sigma Software Group, and Sigma Software - Unicorn Labs. The event was held at the Sigma Software office (Dnipro, Ukraine). Preparation of certificates for participants, speakers, and partners of HIVE Startup School.

▪ - WP4 - System-level improvement of entrepreneurial education. Organization of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd editions of the «Entrepreneurship: Turning Ideas into Business» training program. Conducting mentoring sessions. Ceremonial awarding of certificates of the creative training program.

▪ - WP 5 Project management. Project implementation monitoring and quality assurance. Organization of project meetings. Achievement of planned project KPIs.

▪ - PMG meetings: Collaborative work with HIVE partners. Training Programme. Assessment & Certification. Annual review, Approval of the Network Integration Action Plan, and comments from partners on their strategies for achieving the start-up KPIs. Creation of a start-up project concept. Formation of disciplines within the project. Joint work with HIVE partners. Assessment and certification.

▪ - Participation in the HIVE Internal Meeting. Interaction with applicants to formulate the initial development of a startup project and prepare for an in-depth interview with Horizon 2021-2027 programme experts. Discussion of tasks for the year, the launch of the training program, ways to improve the innovation ecosystem, KPI analysis, preparation of project reports, meeting discussion dedicated to awarding students, and improving the innovation ecosystem.
