In February 2023, a presentation of the Jean Monnet Module "The EU Market for Financial Innovations and Unemployment in the Financial Sector" took place, implemented under the EU Erasmus+ program. This module aims to study current trends in financial innovations as well as to analyze the issue of unemployment in the financial sector.

During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to delve into the essence of the project, learn about its goals, and familiarize themselves with the planned activities and expected outcomes. Experts shared relevant information about the labor market and the state of unemployment in the financial industry, which is extremely important for all attendees.

Among the guests were the project team, the head of the Erasmus+ National Office in Ukraine, Svitlana Shytykova, the Vice-Rector for Strategic Development of Dnipro Polytechnic, Mykola Trehub, leading specialist of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, Yevheniya Krulko, as well as representatives of the financial sector, scholars, lecturers, and students. This event brought together individuals who share a common interest in financial innovations and their impact on the labor market.

This event marked the first step within the framework of the project and aimed to familiarize lecturers, researchers, students, stakeholders, and other members of society with the key aspects of the module, engaging them in further participation and discussion of important topics.

The presentation served not only as a platform for knowledge exchange but also as an important venue for establishing collaboration between academic circles and representatives of the financial sector. This event underscored the importance of an interdisciplinary approach and collaborative efforts to achieve success in the ever-evolving financial environment.
