Women4Women (W4W): Business Project Creator
Women4Women (W4W) is a complex project targeted on stimulating girl-students wanted to start their own business project in different fields to prepare the investment projects and to develop their ideas into strongly substantiated business proposition. The main idea of the project is to develop the educational and information space of interaction of women in education and women in business for the dynamic development of SME through promoting women's careers in business, business consulting for SME development in the field of creative/social industries, psychological and coaching support in business. Objectives: 1) To stimulate girl-students wanted to start their own business project in different fields to prepare the projects in order to implement their dreams into strongly substantiated business proposition, 2) To support the women’s social projects, charity as a tool for personal development, socially responsible business. 3) To develop the educational and information space of interaction of women in education and women in business for the dynamic development of SME. 4) To create comfortable psychological conditions for the development and implementation of new projects by women through coaching sessions, psychological trainings and mentoring. The project is based on CANVAS methodic, Lean Startup Method and coaching approach. The philosophy of Lean Startup method declares that: everyone can become an entrepreneur, enterprises need management, startups exist for validated learning, better outcomes rely on innovation accounting, and the feedback cycle of build-measure-learn is the backbone of entrepreneurship success. The educators, mentor and coach will teach 20 girls-students to create their own business, using not only formal education but non-formal and professional too. The project includes educational activities, coaching, mentoring, net-working, final battle, round tables. All activities will be run both offline and online (depending on situation with COVID-19). Duration: 1 September 2020 - 1 June 2021 The project is provided by Dnipro University of Technology with support of Embassy of United States in Ukraine.
