The direct speech from the participant
– Where did you stay (dormitory, rented room, hostel, other)? I stayed in a dormitory.
– Were you provided with a scholarship for the mobility program? If so, to what percentage did the scholarship cover the minimum necessary living expenses? Yes, I received a scholarship, and it covered 100% of my living expenses.
– Based on your experience, what should future mobility program participants pay attention to during preparation? It is important to pay attention to the process of obtaining documents in the host country.
– What unexpected issues arose during your mobility? In many cases, it was not possible to pay with a Ukrainian bank card. Until I opened a European bank account, I had to find alternative ways to solve this problem.
– Briefly describe your expectations for the mobility program and whether they were fulfilled. I expected to make international connections and study subjects in a new environment and in a new language. I also hoped to travel and represent my country at various events. These expectations were fulfilled.
– What educational and cultural activities did you participate in during your mobility? An international dinner, a university-organized trip to France, and an international class where we presented our countries in German.
– Share your most vivid impressions from the mobility program. I was impressed by the German approach to education: after exams, students openly tell professors what could be improved and what worked well. Of course, evenings spent with new friends from different countries were also very memorable.
– Would you like to participate in the mobility program again, and where would you go? Maybe I would, but I was not able to pass the exam.
– Would you recommend participating in the mobility program? Yes, 100%.
